My husband and I spent 2 years trying to decide how to redesign our main bathroom ourselves. We spent countless hours going to Seattle tile and bathroom design showrooms for inspiration. We poured over magazines and Pinterest. We had someone we knew who was going to do the work for us but he wasn’t a designer. That was up to us.
We finally admitted we needed help. Professional help. I googled “bathroom design and remodeling” and reached out to the first listing that caught my eye: D Studio 11.
Michelle called me back right away and we couldn’t have been happier with everything from that first phonecall on. Her design ideas were EXACTLY what we wanted! We just couldn’t figure it out ourselves;)

Michelle is a dream to work with for so many resons. She has INCREDIBLE design style and never seems to get flustered or overwhelmed by anything. She made a potentially frustrating (for me) project flow so smoothly. She, and the people she has working for her and with her, couldn’t have been more professional, polite, nice, helpful, timely or tidy. The communication with them all throughtout the whole project was always easy. They always let us know when they would be there, when things were expected to be delivered and the timeline of the whole project. I knew that if I called or texted for any reason I would get a reply asap.

Our bathroom now feels like a spa. We couldn’t be happier with it and feel it is perfect. We wish she could redesign our whole house!!!! Maybe one day:)

I have bragged about, er recommended, Michelle to many friends and one is currently having Michelle design her bathroom and bedroom and is extremely happy with it.
